SCHEDULE

Friday, April 18th
5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Arrival, registration and set-up of tables and bells.
7:00 - 9:00 p.m. rehearse. Choirs traveling in still are welcome to join us on Saturday,if they can't make the Friday rehearsal.

Saturday, April 19th
8:00 - 10:00 Massed Rehearsal
10:00 - 10:20 - Break
10:20 - 12:00 - Massed Rehearsal
12:00 - 1:30 - Lunch and prepare for concert
*1:30 Concert

Break times and lunch will be used for rehearsal of solo pieces.

*Our Guest Clinician must fly out at 4:28, so our concert has been changed from the usual 4:00PM time.
