NEWSLETTERS - If you send me a copy of your newsletter via snail mail, I can scan it and change it into a PDF file and put it on the web site just the way you produced the newsletter. That includes any typos and Web sites won't be clickable, just as if they letter arrived at someone's home via snail mail.

Remember, this site is listed as an AGEHR site and is linked to the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers national site. Please do not send information on non-guild events. It is NOT the responsibility of the web steward to determine which events qualify to be listed. Once your AGEHR paperwork is completed and approved, you can submit the info to the web steward. The preferred method is via e-mail. HOW TO SUBMIT INFO ABOUT YOUR EVENTS VIA E-MAIL OR You can put the info right in the body of the e-mail. This is the information you should include.
To make sure you don't leave anything out---
MUSIC LISTS - If you'd like a music list put on the site, please make sure you include all the information about each song, i.e. title, composer, catalog number, number of octaves, level, cost. You don't have to include all those things if you don't want to, but just make sure you include all the same information for each piece. i.e. if you decide to include the cost of the music, be sure you include the cost of each title so someone doesn't have to look for it and perhaps come up with the wrong price. REGISTRATION FORMS - We can also put a registration form on site if you send it as a Word.doc or pdf file attached to an e-mail message. If you can't save it in either of those formats, send it via snail mail and we can make it into a pdf file to post. |
