The event was held in the West gym at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale. This was a nice venue as it was a rather small group this year. With convenient restrooms just across the hall as well as a cafeteria for eating space for the box lunches available, everything was very contained. Everyone was grateful for this, as the day was cold and rainy! (Folks coming down from Prescott left in a snowstorm!) Once unloaded and set up, there was no need to go outside again until it was time to leave when it was raining once again. Massed ringing director for the event was Dr. William Payn from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania who thought he was leaving the cold weather behind to come to sunny Arizona.Set-up pictures - Marcy Hontz
