Valerie Stephenson was the clinician for this event which was held at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale. Attendance was about 150, with 16 choirs represented. Five choirs presented solo numbers. Much of the music used in the massed ringing was arranged or written by Valerie and ringers enjoyed the opportunity to work with her. Valerie congratulated the registrants on being well prepared, even though there were some very new ringers in the group. Concert attendance was also up from previous years with some folks in the audience who had never been to a handbell concert before.
