Scholarships (one-time per recipient) are available to Guild members who reside within Area 11. See www.handbellmusicians.org for information about National events as well as National Scholarships which might be available.

CRITERIA FOR AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS:

• Regular membership or affiliated with or ringing in a group that has regular membership in the Guild.
• Financial need - the scholarship is designed for individuals who would find it financially burdensome to attend on their own
• The reasons why an applicant desires to attend
• The information or skills an applicant hopes to gain by attending
• An individual may receive a scholarship only one time
• Applicants pay registration fees and/or any other related expenses up front.
• Scholarship award vouchers are submitted to the Area 11 Secretary/Treasurer no later than 10 days after the end of the event.
• A report addressed to the Area 11 Board of Directors MUST accompany the voucher request.
