5:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Arrival, registration and set-up of tables and bells. Load in at the main door.
7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. rehearsal - Ringers who are traveling are urged to arrive for this rehearsal if at all possible.

Saturday, April 21st
8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Mass Rehearsal
10:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. - Break
10:45a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Workshop with our Guest Clinician
11:30 a.m. - 12:15p.m. - Lunch - because of the short time, we will plan to provide lunch at the church
12:15 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Mass Rehearsal
2:00 p.m. Concert - There is no admission charge, but a free will offering will be accepted.


Break times and lunch will be used for the rehearsal of solo pieces.
