Calendar of Events Submission Information
CALENDAR OF EVENTS items should be submitted on the form provided to be sure all necessary information is included. The completed form may be mailed to the Sub-Area Chair via snail mail or scanned and saved as a .pdf or .jpg file and sent to the Sub-Area Chair as an e-mail attachment.
- Submissions may include, but are not limited to, festivals, conferences, workshops, clinics
and masterclasses.
- Submissions may include handbell concerts and auditions which are open to the public.
- Submissions should NOT include weekly rehearsals, church services, or events that conflict with Handbell Musicians of America (Guild) sponsored/endorsed events.
- Submissions must be received by the Sub-Area Chair 30 days before the scheduled event.
Listings for Pro/Community Groups are encouraged.
- Listings will be FREE with a valid Guild membership number.
- Guild membership number must be in the name of the Pro/Community Group.
- A fee of $10 will be charged for non-Guild membership listings.
