All the forms necessary for you to participate in Area XI's 2008 Festival/Conference "Rising to New Heights" are listed below. Please begin with the Registration Form. The first page of this form is the AGEHR Area XI event registration form. Print it out, complete the information and mail with the necessary fees to the Festival Registrar, Sharon Sparlin. The second page gives you hours to set up, exhibit hours, lodging information and information about other services you may need which are to be booked directly with the hotel (Embassy Suites Resort and Spa - Albuquerque).
