AGEHR AREA XI "RISING TO NEW HEIGHTS" FESTIVAL/CONFERENCE 2008

GENERAL INFORMATION:
            Arrive June 13th - Depart June 15th
            Friday 6/13 - Afternoon Registration, Massed Ringing, Evening Opening Concert (TBA)
            Saturday 6/14 - Massed Ringing, Workshops, Classes, Evening Concert (TBA)
            Sunday 6/15 - Sunday Worship, Showcase Concert, Massed Ringing, Check-out, Closing Concert 3pm.

            REGISTRATION FEE: (dated on/before March 15, 2008) $175.00
            LATE REGISTRATION FEE: (after March 15, 2008) $235.00
            FACILITIES USE FEE: $ 50.00*
                *The fee is assessed to registrants who do not stay at the Embassy Suites
            CHAPERONE FEE: (dated on/before March 15, 2008) $100.00
            LATE CHAPERONE FEE: (after March 15, 2008) $160.00
            SATURDAY ONLY - ONE-DAY PASS for AGEHR member $75.00
            NON-AGEHR registrants add $65.00 (includes one year AGEHR membership)

FORMS - REGISTRATION and MEDICAL RELEASE - are all available now at www.area11.org. Form Parts I, II, and III must be completed for ALL full festival registrants and Saturday one-day-pass registrants. Download, print, complete and mail with check or money-order.

Medical Release Forms are necessary for any students or minors under the age of 18 you may be bringing to the Festival/Conference. Download, print, complete but do NOT mail these forms. Bring the completed original with one copy for each ringer when you come to the conference.

DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $300 may be sent at any time. Form I must accompany the deposit. The deposit will be applied to registration fees. When possible, group placement on the ringing floor will be based on the date of receipt of the deposit.

MEALS: Three meals are included in the registration fee: Friday supper, Saturday lunch, Sunday lunch.
                The hotel room charge includes: Saturday and Sunday FULL cooked-to-order breakfasts.
                The only meal NOT provided for the conference is Saturday dinner.

SOLO/SHOWCASE CONCERT: Individuals, ensembles, choirs are invited to participate in the Solo Showcase Concert. The concert will be Sunday morning following the Worship Service. Selections are limited to not more than 5 minutes - including setup and performance time. This will be a first come-first serve basis. The Solo Showcase Concert form is now available. Click here.

ROOMS: You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. When making reservations on line, our group code is AGE, our group name - 2008 AGEHR XI.

Room fees at the Embassy Suites are $119+ per room, per night. Rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons. Room layout? One king bed or two double beds. All rooms are "suite" rooms with a sofa sleeper.
PLEASE NOTE: This room fee is in effect until all rooms in the block reserved for us have been taken OR until May 24, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST!
