                     *This fee is assessed to registrants who do not stay at the Holiday Inn

ROOMS:
Room fees in our block at the Airport Holiday Inn are $95+ per room, per night. Rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. Online room registration was taken off-line Tuesday night, May 16. Currently, the BEST way to make room reservations is by sending an Email to Ben.Hahn@jqh.com. Be sure to mention that you are with the Handbell Group who arrives June 16th to insure that you receive the conference group rate of $95 plus tax.

It is also possible to call the hotel at (303) 371-9494. However, the folks who work in group sales are only there from 9 to 5 Mon. - Fri. They do not have voice mail extensions. If they happen to be away from their desk, at a meeting or at lunch, the Front Desk and/or "Off-site Reservations" is instructed to say the room block is full - whether it is or not. Again, if you manage to get someone in group sales, be sure to mention that you are with the Handbell Group arriving June 16th to insure that you receive the conference group rate of $95 plus tax. Linda has been assured that there is plenty of room in our block as of May 22, 2006.
